or using unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

behavior or content that poses a risk to others or violates our community standards.
- Transparency: We encourage open and honest interactions. Scaletra commits
to clear communication about policies, updates, and actions taken to maintain fairness.
- Inclusivity: Create a welcoming environment for all. Everyone should feel
included, no matter their background or skill level. Behavior that pushes others out or
discriminates won’t be tolerated.
3. User Conduct
- Play Fair: Activities should be recorded honestly. Cheating, such as
tracking progress without driving an RC vehicle or using third-party apps to manipulate
data, is prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Communicate respectfully with other users. Avoid
using offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.
- Intellectual Property: Only share content you own or have permission to
use. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
- Account Security: Keep your account credentials private. Do not share your
login information or attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Content Guidelines: When creating or sharing content, ensure it complies
with our
Terms & Conditions and Privacy
Policy. Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content is not
allowed.
4. Challenge Rules
- Trail Etiquette: Respect the environment, local rules, and fellow
adventurers.
Avoid littering and minimize disruption.
- Multiple Recording Activities: Challenges can be completed in one or
multiple
activity sessions. Ensure each activity session is saved to count toward your progress.
- Earning Digital Trophies & Rewards: Completing a challenge earns digital
trophies, rewards, and/or accomplishes specific challenge goals. We reserve the right to
revoke
them if they are obtained unfairly.
- Internet Connection: An internet connection is required to start a
challenge
but is not needed during recording. Learn more on the Offline
Mode page.
- What Won’t Count: Activity tracking won’t count if GPS coverage is weak or
movement speed exceeds normal human limits (e.g., driving instead of walking).
- Photos for Verification: Some challenges may require photos of your RC
vehicle
as proof of participation.
5. Reporting Violations
- How to Report: If you encounter
policy violations, report them using one

- Review Process: Our moderation team will review reports within 3 business

may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans based on the severity of the
violation
6. Consequences of Violations
- Warnings: Users may receive a warning for minor or first-time violations.
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in a
temporary suspension.
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations can lead to account
termination.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect data related to user behavior and policy violations to improve the app experience. All
data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

in-app notification, and the updated policy will be available on the Scaletra app in Setting >
